RV Boat Guide runs on Ghost, a website publishing platform that supports our articles, member accounts, email newsletter, and built-in website analytics. When this policy refers to Ghost, it means the technology we use to provide those features.

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, postal code, RV or boat interests, shopping stage, and message.

Inquiries submitted through this website are sent to RV Boat Guide by email. Submitting a form does not automatically add your information to a dealership’s customer management system. We do not sell your personal information or share it with dealerships, referral partners, or other third parties for their own marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt in and consent to that use. Service providers may process information on our behalf as described below.

If you subscribe to the newsletter or create a member account, Ghost stores information needed to manage that relationship, such as your email address, any name you provide, subscription preferences, and subscription status.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, credit-card information, financial documents, or other sensitive information through the general inquiry form.

Providers that support website hosting, Ghost membership and newsletter delivery, form delivery, email, and security may process information needed to provide those services on our behalf.

Si works as an RV & Boat Outfitter at Bretz RV & Marine in Liberty Lake, Washington. If your inquiry develops into a purchase conversation involving his sales role, he may request your permission to share relevant information with Bretz RV & Marine to arrange inventory assistance, appointments, or transaction next steps.

A referral to another outfitter will be discussed with you, and your permission obtained, before your contact information is passed along. Information you provide directly to a dealership or lender is also governed by that organization’s privacy practices.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, or threats to people or the website.

External Links and Embedded Content

Links may take you to manufacturer, dealership, social media, or other external websites.

Embedded videos and other third-party content, when present, may send information such as your IP address and device details to the provider and may use that provider’s cookies or tracking technologies. Those providers’ privacy policies govern their services.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email. Unsubscribing does not prevent a reply to an inquiry you initiate or essential account-related communications.
